  • Professor Lu and the Sanger Institute of the United Kingdom launched an international academic cooperation project ``Zebrafish Pangenomic Evolution Pattern``, July 18th to October 12nd, 2019

    2019年7月18日-10月12日,卢建国教授与英国桑格研究院开展一项国际学术合作项目“斑马鱼泛基因组进化格局”。

    The project was led by Professor Lu, with the participation of Professor Kerstin Howe of the Sanger Institute in the UK and Professor John Postlethwait of the University of Oregon. This project investigates the genome-wide evolution pattern of 14 species of Danio (also known as zebrafish). The dissertation has finished writing and will be submitted soon.

    该项目由卢建国教授主导,英国桑格研究院Kerstin Howe教授和美国俄勒冈大学John Postlethwait教授参与。该项目研究14个丹鱼属(斑马鱼也属于丹鱼属)物种的全基因组进化格局。论文已完成撰写工作,即将投稿。
