Response mechanism of yellowfin seabream to hypotonic pressure

This study used transcriptome sequencing and amplicon sequencing to compare and analyze gene expression patterns and intestinal flora of different tissues of yellowfin seabream cultured in freshwater and low-salt cultures, combined with physiological and biochemical analysis and histological observation. Explain the response regulation mechanism of yellowfin seabream under hypotonic pressure.
本研究使用转录组测序和扩增子测序等手段,对淡水和低盐培养的黄鳍鲷不同组织的基因表达模式和肠道菌群进行比较分析,并结合生理生化分析和组织学形态观察,阐释黄鳍鲷在低渗压力下的响应调节机制。
