Deep sea area

The deep sea area is an important component of the marine ecosystem. It has high pressure, low temperature, no light, and oligotrophic characteristics. The extremely special habitat has given birth to unique microbial communities. It is necessary to investigate the structure and composition of the microbial community in the deep sea and its relationship with the environment in order to analyze the role of microorganisms in the geochemical cycle.
