In accordance with the requirements of the “Plan for Modern Agricultural Industrial Park of Jinwan Yellowfin Seabream in Zhuhai City”, an integrated scientific research and production system for breeding yellowfin seabream will be established. According to the scale of industrial development, it is necessary to build a regional breeding base that has the ability to supply fine varieties; build an improved variety structure, improve the quality rate of varieties, and create a yellowfin seabream fry industry system with regional characteristics of the Jinwan District. After the project is implemented, many existing yellowfin seabream farmers will directly benefit, which will show significant social effects.

按照《珠海市金湾黄鳍鲷现代农业产业园规划》要求，建设黄鳍鲷良种（种苗）选育、繁育及推广一体化的科研与生产相结合的种业体系。根据产业发展规模，配套建设具备良种供应能力的区域良种（种苗）繁育基地；建设改良品种结构，提高品种优质率，打造具有金湾区地域特色的黄鳍鲷种业体系。 项目实施后将使众多现有的黄鳍鲷养殖户直接受益，体现显著的社会效应。

This project was jointly applied by Sun Yat-sen University and Zhuhai Xinglai Aquaculture Company. Based on the industry-university-research cooperation model, each unit has complementary advantages, cross integration, and resource sharing to jointly establish a yellowfin seabream seed industry system.
