Sex regulation mechanism of yellowfin seabream

The sex determination system of yellowfin seabream belongs to hermaphrodite and male precocious type. The research on the mechanism of reversal of the sex of yellowfin seabream is of great significance to scientific theory and aquatic practice. This research mainly includes the following aspects:
(1) Screening key genes for sex development in yellowfin seabream using comparative transcriptome analysis
(2) Exogenous estrogen-induced sex reversal in yellowfin seabream and transcriptome analysis of the sex development regulatory network
(3) Expression regulation and functional analysis of key genes for sex development of yellowfin seabream (dmrt1 and foxl2)
(4) Screening and identification of sex development miRNAs in yellowfin seabream
黄鳍鲷性别决定系统属于雌雄同体、雄性先熟类型。对黄鳍鲷性逆转机制的研究,对科学理论和水产实践有重要意义。本研究主要包括以下几个方面:
(1)使用比较转录组分析筛选黄鳍鲷性别发育关键基因
(2)外源雌激素诱导黄鳍鲷性反转以及转录组分析性别发育调控网络
(3)黄鳍鲷性别发育关键基因(dmrt1和foxl2)的表达调控和功能分析
(4)黄鳍鲷性别发育miRNA筛选和鉴定
