Expression regulation, functional analysis and CRISPR / Cas9 gene editing of sex-related genes in yellow catfish

The gnrhr, lrrn1 and amh genes of yellow catfish were analyzed by full-length cDNA sequence analysis, protein sequence analysis, phylogenetic analysis, and tissue expression analysis. Targeted gene knockout technology CRISPR / Cas9 system was used to knock out gnrhr and other sex-development-related genes in XY yellow catfish, and study its role in yellow catfish sex determination and differentiation. The molecular mechanism lays the theoretical foundation.
对黄颡鱼gnrhr、lrrn1和amh基因进行全长cDNA序列分析、蛋白序列分析、系统进化分析及组织表达分析等。采用靶向基因敲除技术CRISPR/Cas9系统在XY黄颡鱼中敲除gnrhr等性别发育相关基因,研究其在黄颡鱼性别决定与分化过程中的作用,为进一步揭示鱼类性别决定与分化的分子机制奠定理论基础。
